I actually rank my decision to work with you for my training plan etc.... as the best decision I made in the entire process. Even higher than my decision to do Ironman in the 1st place. It wouldn't have been the day it was, without your amazing help. You went above and beyond what was asked of you and if I go on to do 20 more Ironmen, I couldn't imagine doing any of them without you in my corner.
Lawrence is a great coach, had swimming lessons with him prior to ironman wales in 2016. He knows what he's talking about and he has been there and done it all himself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. Top bloke and a top coach.
Lawrence was amazing all the way through, I needed to learn to swim properly for a triathlon, Lawrence got me swimming easily and comfortably. He has a very calm nature and explains things well.
I am now confident going into the triathlon, and I wouldn't of been without his coaching.
