Eloise Crowley – Nutrition Specialist

Ever since she was young, Eloise has had a love for sports and fitness, trying out various sports but her true passion has always been triathlon. She is also a huge foodie who loves to try different cuisines. Combining her two passions, sports and food, as a Dietitian she enjoys helping people through both diet and exercise to help them achieve and surpass their health goals.

As an elite triathlete, 3000M U23 GB runner, Welsh international athlete and open water swimmer, she has experienced the importance of nutrition first hand and can therefore relate to other athletes.

Eloise was awarded a series of scholarships which enabled her to train at the highest level whilst studying for a Masters degree in Sport & Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University, whilst training under the High Performance Center with the elite triathlon squad.

After a postgraduate course in Dietetics at Cardiff Metropolitan University she worked within the NHS for four years in a variety of nutritional settings such as weight-management, diabetes, gastrointestinal and nutrition support to name a few before working as a freelance dietitian. She has also spent time working with Cardiff City Football Club acting as their performance dietitian.

Eloise is Triathlete & Registered Dietitian (RD)

When she’s not training she will be busy cooking up a storm developing recipes for athletes!
