One-to-One Triathlon Swimming Lessons are available at Penarth Leisure Centre, £25 for 45 minutes. Or open water at a suitable location in the Cardiff area £35 for 60 minutes. Click here for more info.
Small Group Triathlon Technique Sessions are held weekly at Penarth Leisure Centre. Spaces are allocated in monthly blocks at £30 for 4 sessions. These sessions are aimed at beginner & improving swimmers. No base fitness is required as the sessions involve only short swims and drills working through the fundamentals of front crawl technique. Triathlon swim squad sessions are held weekly at Penarth Leisure Centre. Spaces are allocated in monthly blocks at £20 for 4 sessions. The group swim 2000-2300M in a session. There are multiple lanes and mixed abilities. Click here to get your name on the waiting list.
A group 90 minute bike and run session. Structured cycling intervals indoors followed by running speed work outside. Lawrence guides you through the session plan and the group work to their own abilities. Sessions take place at Penarth Leisure Centre. Tuesday’s at 1830. £5 / session. We use the Star Trac spin bike which are compatible with Shimano MTB style cleats or trainers. You will need something suitable for cycling indoors before a quick change into running kit.
