Working with a coach is not just a luxury for professional athletes. Having someone to guide you through training whilst balancing career and family commitments can help you gain consistent results and provide renewed motivation.

Coaching Options

Standalone Plan

From £5 / Week 

  • Personalised training plan (issued upfront for the duration required).
  • After some information gathering a training plan will be created which is tailored towards your goal event or multiple events. Your ability, goals, free time and available equipment will all be considered.
  • Up to 6 weeks at £10 / week.
  • 6 – 12 weeks at £7.50 / week.
  • 12 weeks plus at £5 / week.

Coached Plan

£70 / Month – Minimum 3 Months

  • Personalised Training Plan (issued monthly).
  • Initial consultation via meet up, phone, Skype or Face Time.
  • Fortnightly feedback on athlete training via email and Training Peaks software.
  • Fortnightly training plan amendments.
  • Monthly catch up via phone call at arranged time.
  • Advice to guide you through training, time management, nutrition, training race and ‘A’ race preparation.

Deluxe Coached Plan

£100 / Month – Minimum 3 Months

  • Personalised Training Plan (issued weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on preference).
  • Initial consultation via meet up, phone, Skype or Face Time.
  • Weekly feedback on athlete training via email and Training Peaks software.
  • Unlimited training plan amendments.
  • Advice to guide you through training, time management, nutrition, training race and ‘A’ race preparation.
