Cycling Performance Course

Combine physiological testing with bespoke one-to-one sessions.

  • 12 x 1 hour sessions with coach Lawrence.
  • VO2 Max Gas Analysis on weeks 1, 6 and 12 to track progress.
  • Resting Metabolic Rate Testing on Week 1 & 12 to gain an insight into how many calories your body needs.
  • Bioimpedance (body fat & muscle mass) analysis on week 1, 6 and 12.
  • Progressive, challenging sessions focusing on improving power output.
  • One additional session per week to complete alone to back up the course.
  • Improvements on the Wattbike translate directly over to your road cycling and the sessions will be tailored towards your ability and goals.
