Developed in association with British Cycling, and used by World and Olympic Champions, the Wattbike is the first factory calibrated indoor bike to deliver accurate and consistent performance data and technical feedback.

Test Sessions are held at Penarth Leisure Centre. Sessions are £35 / hour.

12 Week Cycling Improvement Course

We use the state-of-the-art Wattbike to accurately train and test your power and track your progress over 12 weeks. The Wattbike gives essential feedback on performance and monitors improvements.

Each athlete will have an initial 20-minute threshold test. This test will be repeated in the ensuing weeks to track progress with testing in weeks 1, 6 and 12.

This allows us to keep you working at the correct training intensities to get the best training response possible. Sessions between tests will be progressive, challenging sessions, focusing on improving power output.

The 12-week Wattbike Cycling Improvement Program costs £300. All sessions are one-to-one with performance coach Lawrence Cronk. Sessions take place at Penarth Leisure Centre. For more details contact Lawrence by email.
