One-to-One Triathlon Swimming Lessons
Sessions are held in the fantastic endless pool at TriZone Fitness near Cardiff. The endless pools allows for real time feedback from your coach with the use under water cameras and mirrors. At TriZone we have access to some of the most experienced swim coaches in Wales, whether beginner or elite we’ll be sure to pair you with the right coach!
Open Water Swim Sessions
TriZone have exclusive access to the beautiful Canada Lodge Lake on the outskirts of Cardiff. There are regular sessions throughout the week. See the timetable via the Glo Fox app.
Non-Coached Endless Pool Sessions
If you would like to book the endless pool for a swim without a coach you can do this via the Glo Fox app.
